Why People Aren't Hired
People are not hired for a variety of reasons. Below are factors that have been identified as causes for employee rejection:

- Unwilling to start at the bottom - expects too much too soon
- Makes excuses - evasiveness - hedges on unfavorable factors in record

- Fails to look interviewer in eye
- Wants job only for short time
- Lack of knowledge of field of specialization
